The ISO 9001:2015 program specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
As part of our certification, ProtoCAM regularly analyzes and implements changes to procedures and utilizes our quality manual in order to meet our customers’ ever-evolving requirements. At ProtoCAM, all our operations are standardized in order to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards. We regularly perform company-wide training and ensure proper maintenance of all procedures in our quality manual.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List (USML). According to the U.S. Government, all manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense articles, defense services, or related technical data must be ITAR compliant. ProtoCAM is ITAR registered.
