Excellence in Rapid Prototyping thru the SLA-7000Stereolithography (SLA) Equipment

(2) SLA-7000

ProtoCAM uses two SLA-7000 stereolithography machines to help customers reduce costs and lead-times. The SLA-7000 builds up to 3 times faster than the previous model (it replaced the SLA-5000.) This increase in speed significantly reduces the time and cost for large scale SLA models and helps you to build more options of smaller designs in a fraction of the time. The SLA-7000 also has the largest build envelope of all of ProtoCAM's stereolithography machines: 20" x 20" x 23".

Excellence in Rapid Prototyping thru the Viper si2(2) Viper si2

Due to its excellent capabilities, ProtoCAM uses two Viper si2 rapid prototyping machines manufactured by 3D Systems. These RP machines offer a unique dual-spot laser, with a normal beam diameter of 0.010 in and a high-resolution diameter of 0.003 in. The small beam size enables a new level of accuracy and fine detail to stereolithography prototypes.

Excellence in Rapid Prototyping thru the SLA-3500(2) SLA-3500

The SLA-3500 stereolithography equipment is used to make mid-sized SLA prototype parts. ProtoCAM uses Accura 25 resin in one of these stereolithography machines to produce parts with near-end-use plastic properties directly from this stereolithography system. These parts are superior to parts created using any other rapid prototyping equipment. This, combined with ProtoCAM's commitment to quality, allows customers to create prototype parts that are larger and more complex, and have them delivered in less time than was previously possible.
