ProtoCAM, a leading provider of value-added additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping and industrial 3D printing services, is pleased to announce it will hold an open house on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the company’s Allentown, Pennsylvania-based headquarters, located at 6620 Grant Way.
Themed “New Industrial Revolution, 1915-2015,” the event will serve as a tribute to the ways in which enterprise class additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing will continue to have a lasting effect on the scope of engineering, prototyping, and product development.
“It seems as though every day unveils another use for additive manufacturing technologies,” said Ron Belknap, President and CEO of ProtoCAM. “The opportunities for manufacturers of all sizes are enormous and we wanted to take an opportunity to show our friends and neighbors what the industrial 3D printing phenomenon is all about. So, we decided to open our doors to showcase our facility and educate attendees about the boundless opportunities that this technology offers them.”
Guests of the event will have the option of attending one of two sessions, morning or afternoon.
The morning session, to begin at 9:00 A.M., will include a continental breakfast, networking session, new ProtoCAM sign reveal, and remarks by Congressman Charlie Dent (PA-15), followed by a guided tour of the facility and the new cutting-edge SLA and PolyJet machines.
The afternoon session will follow a similar program, starting at 1:00 P.M., with a light lunch, networking, presentation from Belknap, and a guided tour of the new factory and machinery.
Registration is required for this event. To register, click protocam.ticketleap.com/open-house/.
