Meet our new Marketing Coordinator, Autumn Delfino. Autumn is a Lehigh Valley native and has recently moved to Charleston, South Carolina with her husband, Blaise, and cat, Figaro. Autumn attended Nazareth Area High School and graduated from DeSales University, with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business. 

Autumn and her husband Blaise are also ProtoCAM customers with their start-up company, Fader Plugs. The Fader Plug is a custom, adjustable, mechanical earplug and is a patented product. “It is a lot of fun being able to work with these team members, not only on ProtoCAM initiatives, but also with this new product”, said Autumn. 

Prior to working at ProtoCAM, Autumn was the Director of Operations at her family’s Audiology Practice. She was responsible for the practice’s marketing plan and budget, training staff members, implementing new systems/processes, accounting, and even filling in as a clinician when needed. Autumn has her Hearing Instrument Specialist state licensure as well as her CAOHC certification. Some of her most notable accomplishments include: planning and implementing patient appreciation events, launching an online ecommerce store, hosting a PA state senator interview session, and gleaning multiple award placements for Fader Plugs! 

Autumn is excited to bring some new ideas and fresh outlook to Marketing in the Additive Manufacturing space. She is ready to utilize her experience with Marketing and organizational skills in her new role. “I am so grateful for this opportunity and to be mentored by some really brilliant people”, explains Autumn.

In her free time, Autumn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to garden, cook and host parties. Her and Blaise like to spend time together outdoors and travel!
