Robin Belzner is the newest member of the ProtoCAM team! She joins us as Administrative Assistant in our customer service department.
Robin is our customers’ first point of contact for all matters related to customer service and assistance with quotes and projects. Robin embraces her role as a ProtoCAM customer service representative each day by preparing quotes and meeting any and all of our customers’ needs.
Robin comes to us as an experienced professional with an extensive background managing customer accounts.
Though new to the additive manufacturing world, Robin has operated for many years within roles in payroll/accounts payable as well as administration. Regarding ProtoCAM’s 3D services and offerings, Robin says, “I find it all very fascinating and I am excited to learn all about it… I’m most excited to learn about 3D printing and how it works.”
So far, Robin cites the company culture as an important part of her new role at ProtoCAM. “[I’ve most enjoyed] getting to know everyone and becoming a member of the ProtoCAM family,” Robin says. As she continues to develop within her role at ProtoCAM, Robin hopes to become a valuable member of the team. “As I learn the processes, I hope to be an asset to the team through my loyalty and dedication. I am very interested in this technology and hope to gain experience working effectively with the team, and provide support and aid in productivity,” Robin says. Her dedication and experience are already a tremendous addition to our staff, and we only expect Robin’s impact to grow alongside her time here.
Outside of ProtoCAM, Robin has many hobbies and interests and stays active. “I love spending time with my family and friends, scrapbooking, crafting, relaxing by a campfire, caring for and playing with my pets, reading, and, recently, learning to crochet,” Robin says.
