Project: Bottle

The bottle seen below is an extension of the technique we used to create the bellows. This allows us to make urethane castings of objects where conventional cores could not be removed. In this instance, we've created a squeeze bottle with a cap similar to those on many hair-care products.  The bottle below is a urethane casting, and the technique has been perfected with a range of materials, with varying physical properties.
