Project: Bellows

A long-time customer of ProtoCAM came to us with a problem: they had a complex design for a rubber bellows for a piece of industrial machinery and needed to take the part directly from a Pro/ENGINEER IGES file to a final product, ready to be installed on machines in the field.  Our materials and molding experts worked with the customer and came up with a process for creating the rubber bellows that completely fulfilled the customer's time, material, and quantity concerns.

	The six inch metal ruler in the picture helps demonstrate the scale of the part.
	Again, the metal ruler gives an idea of the scale of the interior of the bellows.
